Power Yoga

This power yoga, is actually pretty good. Really strengthens your core muscles. You sweat holding poses. I don't know if it is going to do any toning but my back, neck and legs feel loose. Not to mention, it lowers the blood pressure and releases stress. Its focuses energy. I'm just a beginner. Twice a week for the last 6 weeks. I need to get one of those good yoga mats. I don't wanna pay for yoga classes.
